Questions

What counts as a view?

One view = one render of a timer image. In email that's each time a recipient opens (or re-opens) a message with a live timer; on the web it's each page load. The counter resets on the 1st of every month.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Nothing breaks. Timers keep rendering. On the Free plan, timers add a small “uplift” watermark once you pass the free views. On paid plans you'll see a prompt to move up a tier.

Can I connect more than one Klaviyo account?

Yes. Each brand connects with its own Klaviyo API key and you switch between them. Paid plans lift the active-timer cap so you can run many brands at once.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
